Usage Directions
Directions: Adults: 1 Teaspoon 3 Times Daily.
• Folate intake should not exceed 1,000 mcg daily.
Shake well before using.
Recommendations: May Combine with 8 ounces of water/juice.
Storage Directions: Keep refrigerated upon receipt and after opening. Avoid freezing and heat. It is normal with natural extracts and ingredients some settling may occur.
