Each 1 mL of Liposomal CoQ10 delivers 30 mg of CoEnzyme Q10. A serving is 1 pump. Each bottle contains 50 30-mg servings (two pumps).

Usage Directions
Take 2 pumps by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. May be stirred into a small amount of water. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Take on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
