Usage Directions
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take on an empty stomach (at least two hours after eating or one hour before eating) or as directed by your health care professional. Please be sure to take a multi-mineral product, such as Core Minerals™, at the opposite time of day (i.e. if you take MetalPul™ at night, take a multi-mineral product with breakfast and/or lunch).
Take for up to 45 consecutive days. It is recommended that patients take a 30 day break. Continue use based on doctor’s recommendation and lab tests.
Men: Three capsules per day, taken at one time.
Women: Two capsules per day (or one capsule if under 100lbs/45kg), taken at one time.
