We're all very much aware of the need to strengthen our body's defenses, especially now. Buddha Teas Echinacea Elderberry blend is the boost your body needs to protect itself. Its lengthy list of ingredients boasts a plethora of amazing herbs that give your body exactly what it needs to ward off the yucky stuff we inevitably encounter on a daily basis. While every herb in this blend is phenomenal, the most notable and well-known are Echinacea and Elderberry. Echinacea has been used for centuries to heal and protect. This plant quickly heals and protects itself from damage from outside influences like no other plant on the planet can. To maximize the benefits, we've opted for a root/aerial portion duo. The next wonder in the mix is Elderberry. It's wide use as a medicinal healer is exceptionally well-known throughout the world. It contains extremely high amounts of Vitamin C which is essential to growth, development, and reparation of the body.
Not only is it great for our inside but amazing for our outside, too. It's the major role player in prevention and healing. Peppermint is a key ingredient in this blend because it's uses are so many and so varied, from tummy soothing to just plain soothing for the entire body and mind. It also serves as a flavor producer by giving it a delightfully light minty taste. We also wanted to add some more flavor AND major healing properties with Fennel Seed, Licorice Root, and Orange Peel. Let's check out more info about this fabulous blend:
